Responsible to the Senior Manager (Ireland)
The role would involve country-wide travel whilst managing maintenance contracts within a retail / commercial environment. The successful candidate would be responsible for the delivery of high quality maintenance programmes, on budget, whilst closely managing sub-contractors and working successfully within a new business team as part of an expanding organization. Experience / qualifications required (or preferable) – qualified to degree level (or craft equivalent) with considerable relevant experience. A considerable working knowledge of building services and the associated electrical and mechanical control systems is essential together with sound technical, managerial, communicational and IT skills. The role would suit and experienced engineer / manager who is looking for challenges and to further their career.
